The Palestinian Authority’s semi-official newspaper issued racial slurs against National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. An article appearing this week in Al-Hayat Al-Jadeeda referred to Rice as “colored” and the “dark-complexioned lady,” and said Rice’s anti-Palestinian policies have “dealt a blow to the image of the African American in the eyes of the vast majority of the world’s inhabitants.”
