The president of Duke University criticized a student-written editorial that accused Jews of exploiting the “Holocaust industry” for political gain. Philip Kurian’s column “revived stereotypical images that have played a long-running role in the history of anti-Semitism,” Richard Brodhead wrote in a letter to the editor published Wednesday in the university’s newspaper, The Chronicle.
