The president of the Russian Jewish Congress resigned. Vladimir Slutsker quit Thursday at a meeting in Moscow of more than 100 donors and leaders of the RJC, who were set to vote on whether to replace him. Many leading members of the group were unhappy with how Slutsker ran the organization.
