The Reform movement’s rabbinic association installed a new leader and approved a new prayer book. Rabbi Steven Fox, a practicing attorney and adjunct rabbi, was installed as the group’s new executive vice president at the annual convention of the Central Conference of American Rabbis this week in San Diego.
