The Rumanian Jewish community last week celebrated the 10th anniversary of activity of the Joint Distribution Committee. More than 10,000 people, mostly survivors from Nazi death camps, have been benefitting from the assistance program set up by the Federation of Jewish Communities with the help of the JDC. A JDC delegation, headed by its vice-president and president-elect Donald M. Robinson, and executive vice-president Ralph I. Goldman, took part in the ceremonies marking the anniversary.
