The Supreme Court refused to hear a case of an employee who was fired after praying with co-workers and giving them Bibles. The employee, a born-again Christian, claimed he was harassed because of his religion. His employer cited concerns that the company could be sued by other employees for tolerating a religiously hostile work environment.
