The U.N. Security Council voted unanimously to ratchet up anti-terrorism efforts. The 15-0 resolution passed last Friday called on all nations to prosecute or extradite anyone supporting terrorism. It was introduced weeks ago by Russia after attacks there, including a school hostage crisis in which more than 300 people were killed.
