The U.S. State Department stood firm in its opposition to Israel’s targeted killing of terrorists, even after the United States took a similar action in Yemen. “Our policy on targeted killings in the Israeli-Palestinian context has not changed,” department spokesman Richard Boucher said Tuesday.
