The United States wants more information before determining whether the Palestinian Authority was behind an arms-laden ship seized by Israel. “Beyond knowing the facts of this particular matter, we need to see steps by the Palestinian Authority to see that this threat is eliminated and that the kind of threat that these terrorist groups represent be brought to a close,” State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said Monday.
