The Uruguayan Jewish community will hold its first Jewish film festival next month. According to organizers, several Uruguayan and Argentine Jewish-themed movies will be screened at the festival, to be held Feb. 20-22 in the resort city of Punta del Este.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
