Samuel J. Berewsky of New York, President of the Histadruth Ivrith of America and president of the National Council for Jewish Education, left today by plane for Israel to attend the first World Hebrew Cultural Congress which will open in Jerusalem on July 24th. Mr. Berewsky will head a delegation of 90 American representatives from 30 national Jewish organizations and institutions of higher learning.
