Three senior Israeli officials, including a top aide to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, met Sunday with the Palestinian Authority finance minister. The officials discussed Israel’s promise to transfer to the P.A. some $45 million in tax revenues it froze following the outbreak of the intifada in September 2000.
