Morris Troper, European director of the Joint Distribution Committee, will outline to the President’s Advisory Committee on Refugees the full scope of the J.D.C. work in Europe and give a picture of the whole refugee situation, at a meeting of the committee in New York on Wednesday. Stephen Morris, secretary of the Intergovernmental Committee on Refugees will attend the session.
