Turkey’s chief rabbi joined other religious leaders in a “Meeting of Civilizations.” Isak Haleva participated in a week-long symposium in Turkey to discuss religious tolerance. “If religions cannot protect civilizations from committing suicide, all steps taken until today would be of no use,” he said after the event.
