Forty-five new synagogues and temples were dedicated in the United States during the past twelve months, according to a survey made by “The American Hebrew”. Complete figures of the erection costs were not given.
Twenty-two houses of worship, now under construction and planned through-out the country will cost about $18,790,000, the survey showed.
