Two employees who filed a lawsuit against a Japanese trading company for discrimination said executives slurred black, Hispanic and Jewish employees. In their complaint, filed last week in a New York federal court, the employees also charged that Marubeni America Corp. penalized non-Asian employees and tried to fire pregnant women.
