Harry D. Biele and Saul Elgart, American social workers, are en route to overseas posts for the Joint Distribution Committee, it was announced today by Joseph C. Hyman, J.D.C. executive vice-chairman. Mr. Biele, who will be stationed in Lisbon, will serve in a liaison capacity between the committee’s overseas staff and the home office. Mr. Elgart will be stationed in Paris. They are the most recent additions to the overseas staff of the J.D.C.
