U.N. Resumes Talks with Israel on Release of Arab Accounts

The United Nations Conciliation Commission for Palestine resumed discussion here yesterday with the Israeli delegation to the U.N. on the method of releasing to their owners the Arab refugee accounts which have been blocked in Israel since the outbreak of hostilities in 1948.

Ambassador Ely Palmer of the United States presided over the meeting called on the basis of a communication from the Government of Israel to the United Nations. Israel was represented at the parley by Gideon Rafael, alternate representative to the United Nations.
