Mrs. Moses P. Epsteir, president of Hadassah, who arrived here last night, told a press conference today that American Jews would succeed in raising $140,000,000 to $150,000,000 for relief and Palestine needs this year. She reaffirmed the support of American Jews for the upbuilding of Palestine.
