U.S. Middle East envoy Anthony Zinni arrived in Israel. Zinni was expected to meet Prime Minister Ariel Sharon later Thursday before holding talks with Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat on Friday, and also is expected to convene a meeting of top-level security officials from the two sides.
