Word was received here today that Leo Seren, naval research laboratory physicist of Washington, D. C., arrived at Lydda airport in Israel yesterday in a private plane which he piloted from Washington. He crossed the Atlantic in the single-engine beech craft which took him 7, 835 miles to Israel.
