Israel Rogosin, American industrialist and philanthropist, has contributed 1,000,000 pounds ($333,333) toward completion of the Ezrath Nashin Mental Hospital, the first in Israel for treatment of mental illness. It was announced here today. Total cost of the hospital will be 5,000,000 pounds ($1,666,000).
