Israel Ambassador Avraham Harman today called on Secretary of State Christian Herter for a discussion described by the Ambassador as a “routine call” and “general review.” The Ambassador indicated that the call did not pertain especially to the fighting on the Syrian frontier. He was accompanied by Yaacov Harsog, Minister of the Embassy. who has just returned from Israel.
