Uzi Hitman, who wrote a famous, fast-paced tune for “Adon Olam,” died Saturday at age 52. Inspired by the late Egyptian President Anwar Sadat’s historic visit to Israel, Hitman also wrote “Noladeti Lashalom,” or “I Was Born to Peace.”
