The Frankfurter Volksblatt wants rigorous punishment meted out to Jews who have the gall—so it seems to the Volksblatt—to ride around in hired taxicabs bearing the swastika emblem of the Nazis on the way from Jewish weddings.
The Volksblatt is all steamed up that Jews should dare to do any such thing.
“It is an affront,” it complains, “to the national symbol to be used for Jewish religious purposes.”
