A program to alert world opinion to the threat of neo-Nazism in West Germany has been drafted by the World Jewish Congress, Samuel Bronfman, WJC vice-president, told a dinner meeting here tonight. He said the program will be submitted to WJC affiliates throughout the world.
Mr. Bronfman and Sen. William Proxmire, Wisconsin Democrat, were the principal speakers at the dinner which honored Marshall Korshak, Illinois Director of Revenue, who received the WJC Humanitarian Award for 1966. Vice-President Hubert H. Humphrey sent a message of congratulations from Washington.
