The complaint against Max Fisch, owner of a novelty shop at 123 Ludlow street, who was accused by the Anti-Nazi Minute Men of removing the label of origing from German-made goods, was withdrawn by Sol Elton, an official of the Minute Men, in Special Sessions Court yesterday.
Fisch agreed to donate twenty-five dollars apiece to two Jewish charity organizations and promised not to deal in Nazi products.
