Miroslav Klizner, a Pole, was today sentenced to three years imprisonment for publicly insulting a Jew. The sentence was passed by a Warsaw district court in the first such action in the recent history of Poland.
The Court’s decision stressed that the sentence was severe because at this time a man who incited one part of the Polish people against another was a threat to the recovery of the entire nation.
