West Germany Ratifies UN Convention to Eliminate Racial Discrimination

The West German Federal Republic has subscribed to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and has deposited its instrument of ratification with the United Nations. West Germany became the 36th state to ratify the convention which entered into force last Jan. 4.
