White Russian Ozet Opposes Expulsion of Poor Ex-traders

Henceforth ex-traders who used no hired labor and gave up trading last year will not be expelled from the collective, according to a resolution adopted at the closing session of the White Russian Ozet meeting in Minsk. Most of the speakers criticized the Central Committee for expelling poor ex-traders.
