The Paramount Aid Society, which is conducting a project for the Jewish National Fund for the completion in Israel of a pipeline for irrigation in the Negev, today received a gift of $1,000 from Eva Peron, wife of the President of Argentina.
The gift was presented by Senator Diego L.L. Molinari, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Argentine Senate, who is now in London, following his recent visit to the Jewish state.
