A memorial edition in honor of the late Victor L. Berger, Socialist Congressman, will be published by the “Milwaukee Leader” on August 7, the first anniversary of Mr. Berger’s death. Mr. Berger, who was one of the ablest leaders the Socialist Party in this country has produced, was the founder of the “Leader.” The memorial edition will be published in tabloid form and will carry articles and editorials by leading Socialists and labor leaders throughout the United States.
