Questions on Germany ranked high among the topics discussed by the World Jewish Congress European executive which concluded its two-day meeting here last night, it was reported today in a communique issued by the Congress.

The communique said that the executive heard reports on the preparations which are now being made for Jewish restitution talks with Germany, scheduled to start on March 17 in Brussels. Reports were also presented on the present position of the Jewish communities in North Africa. The W.J.C. leaders decided to watch the situation in North Africa closely in view of the anti-Jewish tendencies there.

The French and British sections of the World Jewish Congress are seeking international supervision of all Jewish graves in Germany on the grounds that no German Government can be expected to guard or preserve them, it was revealed last night.
