A Latin American conference of the World Jewish Congress will open here March 20, it was announced today.
The conference will study various political, economic and cultural aspects of Jewish life and will discuss plans for the organization of communal activities throughout Latin Amarica. The World Jewish Congress excoutive is expected to be represented by Dr. Stephen Wise, Dr. Nahum Goldmann and Dr. Ignacy Schwartzbart.
