Heller, chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Zionist Organization of America at a protest mass meeting held under the auspices of the Bureau of Jewish Education.

Rabbi Heller declared “let us be patient and if the British government does not pay heed to our demands then let us go to the League of Nations and plead to the people of the world for our cause”. A.
