Would Exempt Widowed Mothers of American Citizens from Quota

Senator Tydings of Maryland, yesterday introduced a bill in the Senate to exempt from the quota widowed mothers of American citizens. The bill was referred to the Committee on Immigration. A bill for exempting from the quota parents of American citizens has already been introduced in the House of Representatives by Congressman Dickstein.
