Yad Vashem is helping survivors of the Rwandan massacre set up their own memorial museum. Twenty members of the Tutsi tribe, which lost 800,000 members to rival Hutus in the 1994 massacre, are attending a conference at Yad Vashem that features discussions about commemorating genocide and rebuilding in its aftermath.
