Yasser Arafat’s agreement with Palestinian terror groups reportedly leaves their infrastructure intact. According to a senior Israeli intelligence officer quoted in the Jerusalem Post, the terror groups agreed not to carry out attacks inside Israel for the time being, but Palestinian Authority President Arafat will allow them to attack Israelis in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
