David Delman was unanimously re-elected president of the National Council of Young Israel by 500 delegates from all over the country assembled at the thirty-first annual convention of the organization, which concluded here. The convention, which opened Friday evening, concerned itself mainly with the question of post-war Jewish rehabilitation.
