Teens arrested for harassing Arab woman, latest in string of incidents

Three male teenagers from northern Israel were arrested for harassing an Arab woman — the fourth such incident in recent days.

Israel’s military increased its forces on the northern border with Syria following advances by Syrian rebels in the Golan Heights region.

Israeli, Greek and American vessels began a two-week Mediterranean naval exercise, the Israeli army said.
