The design featuring oversized pictures of inmates from the Nazi camp and a massive yellow Star of David spurred an outcry from Czech Holocaust survivors and Jewish leaders.
The protest is “not intended to make an analogy between the current situation of Muslims in the U.S. to that of Jews in Germany and wider Europe before the Shoah,” the professor said.
