The National Council of Palestine Jews at its meeting yesterday adopted a resolution urging that the seat of the Jewish Agency be in Jerusalem and that Palestine Jewry be adequately represented thereon. The resolution is addressed to the Zionist Organization which, under the terms of the Palestine Mandate, is recognized as the Jewish Agency.

Official figures published today show 969 Jewish immigrants entered Palestine during April.

Mystery surrounds the death of a Jewish boy and girl who were found dead on the beach near Tel-Aviv. Everything tends to the belief that the two, both aged twenty, committed suicide. Their names have not as yet been ascertained.
