Dropsie College Re Elects Dr. Adler President

Officers for the ensuing year of Dropsie College for Hebrew and Cognate Learning declared elected at the annual meeting of the Board of Governors are: Dr. Cyrus Adler, President; D. Hays Solis Cohen, Vice President; Ephraim Lederer, Secretary; Horace Stern, Treasurer.

It was reported that during the academy year, fifty-two students attended the post-graduate and extension courses, of whom 41 were men and 11 women.

The Library has grown to a total of 24,616 volumes, the principal accession of the past year being the collection of the famous Arabic traveler – Eduard Glaser.

Ephraim Lederer, Simon Miller, Edwin Wolf and Horace Stern were re-elected members of the Board of Governors, and Mr. Jules E. Mastbaum was newly elected a Governor.
