A resolution protesting against the illegal measures such as percentage norm legislation and the anti-Semitic disturbances in the universities of Central and Eastern Europe, was among those debated at the third session of the League of Nations Commission for Intellectual Cooperation.

The final session closed Saturday after considering the memorandum submitted by the Committee of Jewish Delegations with headquarters in Paris, concerning the numerus clausus and the anti-Jewish disturbances in universities.
