That a great number of political prisoners were tortured and executed in Polish prisons is revealed by the Communist paper, “Pravda,” which publishes a list of the victims. The list contains the names of the following Jewish prisoners: Engel, Klempner, Izko, Gerson, Feld, Levinson, Bartold, Zeidel and Redlich.
