The Jewish deputies, Schreiber, Sommerstein and Frostik called today on Prime Minister Grabski and the ministers of the Interior and Justice in connection with the trial of Stanislaw Steiger in Lemberg. They pointed out to the members of the Polish government the fact that a very unhealthy atmosphere has been created in connection with the Steiger trial, that instead of a normal course of law, it has been turned, by the Polish press, into a political affair and is being used to create hard feeling against the Jews in the country.
