Adolphe Aderer, Jewish author of numerous novels and plays, is dead here in his 67th year. His latest play, just completed, had Count Tolstoy, the Russian author, for its hero. Some of M. Aderer’s plays were performed at the Comedie Francaise. In addition to his more permanent works, M. Aderer was one of France’s popular journalists. He was over twenty years dramatic critic of Les Temps and the musical critic of Le Petit Parisien.
