The Jewish deputies made a thorough investigation of the circumstances surrounding the expulsion of Jewish aliens ordered last month by the Citizen Protective Department of the Ministry of Interior. This investigation showed that the majority of expulsions were ordered on the strength of false information supplied to the local authorities.
