“The immigration law should be liberalized. The shortage of labors, so evident for several years is due to the fact that during the past ten years mere laborers have left this country than have entered”, states Philip W: Henry, Vice-President of the American International Corporation in a statement on the immigration restriction of

labor, supply given to the official journal of the American Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers.
