Petlure, the noted Ukrainian revolutionary leader, was in Vienna three days during the present week, it has just been learned. Petlura, it is understood, sought connections in Russian circles here, for what is belived to be a new movement for the establishing of a separate state in the Ukraine. Petlura proceeded to Budapest, his passport bearing a name other than his own.
